Certified Residential Specialist

This recognizes real estate agents for proven experience in marketing residential property. To earn this designation, agents must complete a program of advanced study covering areas such as investing real estate and real estate related taxes. CRS is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS. Members comprise less than 4% of all USA REALTORS.

GRI

Graduate REALTORS Institute

This designation is awarded by state associations to members of the National Associations of REALTORS who successfully complete a comprehensive course of study. The program's focus is on practical real estate training. Any person awarded the GRI designation must maintain that membership to retain their status. Only 22% of all REALTORS hold the GRI designation.
